5/28/2007 Jericho Arrest
During an arrest operation in Jericho, a terrorist identified with the Tanzim terrorist organization opened fire on forces from the Nahal Haredi Battalion and Duvdivan special unit.
The soldiers returned the fire wounding the terrorist who was brought to a local hospital. The IDF soldiers entered the hospital and made the arrest. The terrorist was then moved to an Israeli hospital. All IDF soldiers returned to base unharmed.
